1. Who we are
Bookallil Advisory (we / us) is an independent hospitality-technology advisory practice operated by Bookallil Limited, 9th Floor, Amtel Building, 148 Des Voeux Road, Central, Hong Kong. Reach us at martin@bookalliladvisory.com.
2. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the general information on it. They do not create a client relationship. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written engagement letter or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms if there is any conflict.
3. Nature of our advice
Information on this website is for general information only and is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Advisory engagements are tailored to each client; outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular result.
4. Independence
We are independent and vendor-neutral. We do not accept commissions or success fees from technology vendors for recommending their products. Where we hold a distribution or partnership relationship with a vendor (for example, on our Solutions pages), we disclose it clearly so you can weigh our recommendation accordingly.
5. Fees and engagement
Fees, scope, timelines and deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins, as fixed-fee projects, monthly retainers or interim executive engagements. An initial conversation is always without obligation.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement, and we expect the same care with anything confidential we share with you. Specific confidentiality terms are set out in the engagement letter.
7. Intellectual property
The content, brand and design of this website belong to Bookallil Advisory and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of engagement deliverables is set out in the relevant engagement letter.
8. Third-party products and AI tools
We may reference or help you procure third-party products and services, which are governed by their own terms. We use AI tools to accelerate research and analysis; final judgement and recommendations are always made by our advisors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by, and limited as set out in, the relevant engagement letter.
10. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, linked in the site footer.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
