Market Expansion · Go-to-Market

We take technology and consumer brands to market.

Not a strategy deck. A functioning commercial programme, built from expertise and experience and delivered in-market.

In the market right now

Live programmes, not past case studies.

The intelligence we bring is current, not historical: it comes from the live programmes and partner negotiations we’re leading right now.

Flagship · Full direct distribution

Enerzyz: a complete go-to-market operating system, built from expertise and experience.

As Global Strategic Distribution Partner, we built the entire go-to-market automation: a partnership agreement, a custom CRM and deal-management platform, an AI-assisted customer front end and back office, a public facility-assessment platform, and a full governance framework across two organisations. Built end to end, and now launching.

The problem

You have a product that works and you know the opportunity is there, but the market is fragmented and the buyer relationships take years to build.

A region is many markets, not one

Each has its own regulation, pricing norms and partner ecosystem. A single playbook fails everywhere.

You're pitching to the wrong person

The operator loves your product, but the economic buyer is the asset manager or regional VP, and cold outreach doesn't reach them.

Building a local team takes 18–24 months

Most vendors run out of runway before the first deal closes. Embedded expertise opens doors from day one.

What we deliver

Market validation & TAM

A frank read on product-market fit: which markets, which segments, what timeline. No optimism bias.

Partner identification & activation

We find, qualify and activate the right distribution partners: business case and ROI, LOI, contracts, onboarding and enablement.

Buyer mapping & C-suite access

Warm introductions to the real decision-makers, built on operator relationships across APAC over 30 years.

Pipeline development & reporting

Monthly pipeline and market intelligence, fortnightly calls: the cadence that keeps a programme on track.

Certification & chain strategy

For vendors targeting Marriott, IHG, Accor or Hilton, we navigate the brand technology governance most miss.

Pilot programme oversight

We oversee the first implementations and ensure the pilot produces the reference case you need to scale.

The digital engine

A market entry needs a market face and a sales engine. We can provide both: the same website-and-CRM platform behind Enerzyz's go-to-market, configured for yours.

A premium, multilingual marketing site plus a CRM and rep portal to manage leads, deals and partners, delivered as a packaged engagement and supported by us, not handed over cold.

How we're different

Most firms hand over a strategy. We build the commercial infrastructure that makes it operational, and stay accountable for it.

Commercial contracts

Partnership agreements, commission structures and deal-protection frameworks, drafted to scale across markets and jurisdictions.

Sales infrastructure

Methodology, pre-qualification gates, deal registration and pipeline management, enforced through purpose-built systems, not spreadsheets.

Technology, built from scratch

A go-to-market website and a custom CRM / deal-management platform: partner portals, KPI dashboards, AI-assisted qualification. Most advisors can't build this. We do.

Governance framework

A formal RACI across nine functional domains, two organisations, named individuals: clear accountability at every stage.

Senior commercial leadership

Sales and go-to-market are led by dedicated senior leaders: Royce McDonald, Global Head of Sales, and Melissa Tuffley, Global Head of Marketing and GTM.

How a programme is delivered

Phased, gated delivery, never an open-ended retainer. The engagement moves through three phases: Market Foundation and Feasibility, then Managed Distribution, then Direct Distribution. Each phase is a separate agreement, entered near the completion of the one before it.

Phase 1 is a fixed-fee foundation, around four months on a fortnightly reporting cadence, and it closes with a Feasibility Summary carrying a clear Go / No-Go recommendation, so the investment is de-risked before any capital is committed. From there, every stage is a defined package of deliverables, formally accepted against a milestone rather than billed by the hour. Managed Distribution then proceeds in three gated stages.

1 · Agreements & training

Reseller and partner agreements executed, partner staff trained and certified as qualified installers, an L1/L2/L3 support flow, a Partner Onboarding Playbook, and shared CRM and pipeline boards stood up.

2 · Branding & first installs

A brand-positioning document and a localised sales toolkit of decks, brochures, ROI calculators and compliance roadmaps, then the first customers installed on-site, with installation issues logged back to the product team.

3 · Live customers & dashboard

A live partner KPI dashboard, first customers fully operational under a 30-day success guarantee, reference calls and case studies, quarterly business reviews, and a Phase 3 Expansion-Readiness report that opens the next markets.

In practice, BFIT: a Thailand reseller was appointed and the partnership agreement signed in May 2026, with first installations underway and a Singapore partner next.

What partners say

“Bookallil Advisory has brought far more than traditional consulting support to our expansion efforts. Martin and his specialist team combined deep hospitality, POS, technology and market-entry expertise to help us evaluate opportunities across Southeast Asia and engage with potential customers and partners.”

Pradeep Pereira  ·  CTO & Founder, BFIT (Banjo's Bakery Cafés)

“What started as advisory has evolved into a true partnership, rolling up their sleeves to help us move faster and with greater confidence as we expand into new markets.”

Our process

How a go-to-market programme is delivered, at a glance.

01Commercial foundation

Weeks 1–2

Full partnership agreement (commissions, deal protection, IP, per-market addenda and governance) before any selling starts.

02Sales infrastructure

Weeks 2–4

The qualification framework, a gated multi-stage sales workflow, QA checks and deal registration.

03Technology layer

Weeks 3–5

The public engagement tool, partner portal, a live-KPI admin dashboard and an API into the vendor's deal system.

04Team onboarding

Weeks 4–5

The partner's sales team trained on the tools, methodology and product, so they operate it independently.

05Pilot activation

Weeks 5–8

The first wave of prospects qualified and run through to technical handoff: the first revenue phase, not a test.

06Live operations

Ongoing

Relationship ownership, L1 triage, quarterly reviews, renewals and performance reporting under the governance model.

How to engage

A fixed initial market-entry engagement (typically 3–6 months); an embedded go-to-market retainer with defined KPIs: qualified leads, pilots, partner activations; or partner activation on a per-partner basis. AI-augmented, so faster and lower-cost than building it yourself.
