Enquiry and lead data is held in Bookallil Advisory's own dedicated cloud storage on Amazon Web Services, in the Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region. It is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to Bookallil Advisory and the service providers needed to operate this website, all under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and lead data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Your rights under the PDPO
Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to any legal retention obligations)
- Opt out of receiving direct marketing communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email martin@bookalliladvisory.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will respond within 40 days as required by the PDPO.
