Case Studies

Outcomes from every side of the table.

The result first, then the work behind it: no confidential detail, just the problem, what we did, and the measurable outcome.

Marriott International

Asia Pacific · 27 countries · 26 brands

32 → 1,100+

hotels scaled across APAC

Challenge

Scale a consistent technology estate through hyper-growth across 27 countries, without breaking guest experience, security or operations.

What we did

Regional technology strategy, infrastructure standardisation, vendor governance, and a programme that built capability across the region, not just at the centre.

Martin's role

As VP, IT Asia Pacific: directed technology across the estate; #1 globally for guest internet satisfaction.

Starwood integration

One of the largest hospitality tech integrations

2 → 1

estates consolidated

Challenge

Merge two global technology estates (overlapping systems, contracts and data) without disrupting thousands of live properties.

What we did

Mapped dependencies and contract liabilities, sequenced to minimise operational risk, and governed vendor consolidation to clear cost and capability targets.

Martin's role

Led the APAC technology integration: debt managed, not deferred onto operations.

Saudi PIF

Sovereign-wealth hospitality programme

Targeting 1,000+

properties by 2030

Challenge

Design a scalable, franchise-ready technology architecture for an ambitious development programme, aligned to international standards.

What we did

Partnered with executive leadership to validate the digital strategy, define the architecture, and build a sequenced roadmap.

Martin's role

Digital strategy advisor to the CEO: reviewed the strategy and recommended the pivots.

BFIT: F&B POS market entry

Consumer technology · Thailand & SEA

Thailand secured

reseller signed, Singapore next

Challenge

An Australian cloud-native F&B POS with no route into Southeast Asia: no local partner, compliance, or sales infrastructure.

What we did

A gated go-to-market programme: reseller agreement, staff trained and certified as installers, onboarding playbook, localised sales and compliance materials, then first installs on-site.

Bookallil Advisory's role

Bookallil Advisory and its team of specialists (including POS and marketing specialists) designed and delivered the programme end to end: Thailand reseller signed May 2026, Singapore next.

Enerzyz: global go-to-market

Global Strategic Distribution Partner

Now launching

Enerzyz's global go-to-market, built end to end

Challenge

A US agentic-AI energy platform with proven, verified results, but no route into hospitality markets, and no commercial engine to take it to market.

What we did

As Enerzyz's Global Strategic Distribution Partner, we built the entire go-to-market from a blank page: the AI-assisted customer front end, the back-office CRM, the contracts and the sales workflow. Enerzyz's own verified platform result (−25.8% HVAC energy at InterContinental Dhaka) is the proof we take to market.

Bookallil Advisory's role

Global Strategic Distribution Partner: designed and built the whole commercial programme; now taking Enerzyz to market globally.
